Handmade sauna ladle for the sauna lover
Finland is known for the world's happiest people, sauna and Santa Claus. We designed a ladle with a design reminiscent of the happiest people in the world, the Finns!
Unique design and wonderful details
Sydä's ladle has a straight Scandinavian design. The grooves created during the manufacture enliven the surface of the wood and, together with the grain of the wood, bring an incredibly fine shine to the ladle.
All the edges of the ladle have been carefully examined and elegantly rounded.
Northern dense-grained massive birch
Finnish northern dense-grained birch was selected as the material for the Sauna ladle. The extreme conditions of the north make birch wood tough and strong, which is a great material for a ladle.
After a long product development and testing, we found a suitable surface treatment to keep this masterpiece looking like new from one sauna session to another.
This product is also manufactured at our factory in Finland.
Just the right size
We designed the ladle to hold 4 deciliters, which is the right amount for the thick Finnish ladles. With the ladle, it is easy to scoop water from the ladle.
A beautiful engraving brings personality
