We deliver the products directly from our own warehouse in Finland, which guarantees fast deliveries throughout Europe!

Products are shipped within 24 hours of ordering, excluding weekends. If you order on Friday after 12 p.m, the order will be sent on Monday.

If you order before 12 p.m, we aim to send the products the same day.

Delivery methods and delivery time

The delivery time is 6-8 business days for letters and 4-7 business days for packages.

You can choose between home delivery or pick-up point or letter at the checkout.

Posti 1st class letter 2,90€ (not all products fit in the letter)

Posti parcel connect (home delivery) 4,90€

UPS standard (home delivery) 4,90€

Posti pickup parcel (Pickup point package) 4,90€

Tarjoamme kaikille tuotteillemme 30 päivän palautusoikeuden (pois lukien lahjakortit ja yksilöidyt tuotteet, joissa esim. kaiverrus tai tuote tehty asiakkaan mittojen mukaan).

Palautettavien tuotteiden tulee olla täysin jälleenmyyntikuntoisia, myös myyntipakkauksen osalta.

Tuotteen palauttamisesta veloitamme toimituskulut 9,90€, joka vähennetään palautettavasta summasta.

Hammasharjatelineen nimikaiverrukset ovat poistuneet palveluvalikoimasta keväällä 2023, kohonneiden kustannusten ja EU-myynnin aloittamisen seurauksena.
